✨If you honor the rules, you have the authority to customize the duration of the 75 HARD HOWEVER you see fit (making it a 75 hard modified)💙
How I decided to break it up:
30 Days
30 Days
15 Days
I honestly decided on this format after I started it too! That’s why it’s important for you to start and figure it out later🤞🏾… because when you start, the how why will always present itself and become clearer
Here are the 3 Reasons I Took a 7 Day Break tho.. )))
MAIN REASON #1: 🦋 AUTHORITY
• This is really my life and I can do what I want with it 🤷🏽♀️SIMPLE. I stopped living for the approval and validation of others which frees up a lot of my mental headspace to think clearer and in the best interest of me. I have the authority to choose what’s best for me at any given moment in time. I hope you decide to live similarly
MAIN REASON #2: 📝 REFLECTION
• I take the time to thoughtfully analyze my actions before and after starting a new journey, ensuring that I’m intentionally moving in the right direction and cultivating habits that align with my long-term vision. This challenge serves as a significant reflection of that process. While it’s possible to complete tasks without self-reflection, you might unintentionally progress in the wrong direction. By pausing to regroup, I’ve aligned my actions more closely with my goals, leading to more meaningful and intentional progress.
MAIN REASON #3: 🏥 HEALTH
•I recognized that intense exercise can lead to injury if I’m not careful. During the first 30 days, my endurance improved as I ran daily, but I wasn’t mindful of my running surface. I logged 45% of my runs on concrete, which I didn’t realize could harm my joints. This experience highlighted the importance of being intentional about my health while pursuing my fitness goals.
•So aligning with my goals of developing abs and muscle, I’ll be focusing on more low impact exercises as I decrease my runs to 1-2xs a week on grass or asphalt instead
