THE 75 HARD PROGRAM

"The 75 Hard Challenge is a self-improvement program designed to build mental toughness and discipline through a series of rigorous daily tasks. It was created by entrepreneur Andy Frisella."

Benefits

Proponents of the 75 Hard Challenge claim that it can provide the following benefits:

Increased mental toughness and resilience, Improved physical fitness and health, enhanced self-discipline and willpower, and Personal growth and transformation. 

Rules

The 75 Hard Challenge consists of the following rules, which must be followed for 75 consecutive days: 

  • 10 pages of non-fiction reading: Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book each day. 

  • No alcohol or cheat meals: Abstain from consuming alcohol and cheat meals throughout the challenge. 

  • Daily progress photo: Take a photo of yourself each day to track progress. 

  • Two 45-minute workouts: One workout must be done outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. 

  • One gallon of water: Consuming a full gallon of water daily is mandatory.
