Hobbies, wealth, family, and spirituality are all equally yoked. Take some time to work on yourself and craft the life you want to live by honing in on seven key areas of your life.
In a world of endless opportunities, how do you progress towards fulfillment? Reverse psychology. Start where you would like to end up and ask yourself: “how can I get there?” The first three categories outlined below are built for you to focus on one at a time, until you have a steady flow of balancing each throughout your day and week. The only prerequisite to continue is having a burning desire to better your overall lifestyle.
Foundational Steps –
Step 1: Spirituality & Connectivity to Self
Passion, purpose, and focus becomes your driving force in life when you are spiritually inclined. In fact, purpose and achievement comes from within. To genuinely feel joy for the progress of others and fulfillment within your own life, learn what spirituality means to you and explore if a higher power intertwines within your lifestyle.

Reverse Psychology - Think of where you want to end up spiritually and ask yourself: “how can I get there?”

Step 2: Healthy Income Habits
Although this step could be perceived as simple, “a 2023 survey conducted by Payroll.org highlighted that 78% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck,” (Forbes) which means mastering this foundational step will allow you to beat the odds.

Reverse Psychology - This step is about income security above all else, so think of where you want to end up financially (short term vs. long term) and ask yourself: “how can I get there?” Do you need a regular job for a steady flow of income until you step into your career? Is your current job paying you enough money to cover monthly expenses?

Step 3: Serving Others
Our success is a direct proportion to the level in which we serve. This concept was introduced by Eric Nightingale but still reigns supreme today. To truly reach profound heights in life, it is imperative to serve others – from the heart.

Reverse Psychology - Think of the long term extent to which you would like to serve and ask yourself: “how can I start now?” Do you have a skill that others can benefit from for free? Is there a social issue that you would like to dedicate your time to?
